Where to play The courts at West Ham Park are the 'home' courts but matches can be played anywhere that suits both players.
West Ham Park, E7 9PU (Bus 104, 238, 32; nearest tube, Plaistow). Twelve outdoor hard courts. £4.50 (£3.50 conc) per hour. Not bookable in advance - just turn up, pay and play.
NB Three courts are being refurbished between March and end of April, 2013, and possibly beyond this time while the surface cures. In addition some of the other courts may be unusable during this time. Players in the league can play at the concessionary rate. The busiest times tend to be afternoon / early evening, particularly in summer. The courts are not floodlit as the Park closes at dusk. West Ham Park has been owned and maintained by the City of London since 1874, and at 77 acres, is the largest park in the London Borough of Newham. For more information, see here.
