Collapse AllBedford Singles - Round 32 | Thursday 4 June 2020 to Wednesday 29 July 2020 (Midpoint: Wednesday 1 July 2020)

It was great to see friendly, competitive tennis return to the courts of Bedford Tennis League and fantastic to have an extra group this time round. Although there was some inevitable match rustiness there were lots of cracking matches and plenty of excitement across the board... and an impressive 90% of matches were played. Thanks for supporting your local league and we hope to see you back in the next round!

Group Summary:

Another bumper group in Bedford Tennis League with the vast majority of matches played and all but one of you earning midway bonus points. It's only fitting that it couldn't have been closer at the top of the group, with Ricardas and Youssef both tied on 16 points and winning 7 matches, so Ricardas' win in their head to head proved crucial. There were lots of contenders for 'Match of the Group' but we've gone with Darren's incredibly close 3 set win over Dainius, while Youssef was the victor in a topsy-turvy 3 setter against Ciaran. Well played everyone!
