- "Played on a blustery but sunny morning in late June on a great set of courts hidden away at the back end of Kempston park. In the first set, although 6-0, there were a number of long rallies and was certainly closer than it sounds. In the second set Adriano came out in a different mindset and took an early deserved lead including 2 aces (his first ever!) and harder hit ground strokes. In time I managed to hold my nerve to take it 6-3. Great game overall, getting us ready for Wimbledon (well at least watching it)!" -- John
