Collapse AllBromley Singles - Round 24 | Thursday 8 December 2016 to Wednesday 15 February 2017 (Midpoint: Wednesday 11 January 2017)

There was lots of close competition in this round with both new and renewed rivalries coming to the fore. Players had to battle against the winter elements alongside their opponents in some testing conditions. Thanks for all your efforts in this round and we hope to see you back next time!

Group Summary:

Different league, same result for Matt as his fantastic form carries over from the Ladywell Fields league remaining unbeaten to claim his third title on the bounce. Runner up Laurence and Rushabh gave it their best shot to try and disrupt Matt's rhythm but although they managed to win a set Matt was too strong in the decider - can anyone stop Matt's march?

Group Summary:

While Shingi and Leroy played out a dramatic three setter (fantastic tennis both!), the group was rather more straight forward for Mike who dominated in each of his four matches to put himself clear of the field. David and Shingi finished level on four points each and their head to head therefore decides second and third position. Despite Shingi's comeback in the second set, David proved too strong and with it finishes runner up.
