Runner up Laurence and Rushabh gave it their best shot to try and disrupt Matt's rhythm but although they managed to win a set Matt was too strong in the decider - can anyone stop Matt's march?

Alex produced a five star performance cruising to the top of the table without the loss of a set. The race for second place was much closer and it all came down to a battle of the titans between Duncan and Jim. This was a match that was decided by the smallest of margins with two seven point tie-breaks proving the difference. Duncan showed no signs of tension to pull out his best tennis when needed and sneak through into second place.

Pam may have finished bottom of the group but she came closest to toppling the group champion Catherine. What might have happened had Pam got on the court more than once? Maybe we will find out next time. Congratulations to Catherine who earns a well deserved promotion with four victories and two bonus points to boot. Runner up Andrew also had a solid round remaining unbeaten after his three matches though a shame we didn't get to see a head to head between the top two.

Group Summary:
While Shingi and Leroy played out a dramatic three setter (fantastic tennis both!), the group was rather more straight forward for Mike who dominated in each of his four matches to put himself clear of the field. David and Shingi finished level on four points each and their head to head therefore decides second and third position. Despite Shingi's comeback in the second set, David proved too strong and with it finishes runner up.
