The Coronavirus crisis is effecting almost every aspect of life and sadly tennis is not immune

As of 23 March 2020 all league play has been stopped. When we can play again rounds that were unfinished will not pick up where they left off. This is for administrative reasons and leagues will start afresh with brand new rounds. 

Currently it is not possible to sign up for any future rounds as we don't know when it will be safe to resume play.

We will let players know when our leagues can resume.

Refunds and credits

  • Rounds that passed their midway points before 23 March 2020: no refunds will be made but we are giving players a 50% discount* on future rounds. This will be automatically added to your account as soon as we can.
    There is no need for you to take any action or contact us.
    Prizes will be awarded to the players currently leading their groups.

  • Rounds which had not reached their midway point by 23 March 2020: a full round credit** for your next round will be automatically added to your account as soon as we can. 
    There is no need for you to take any action or contact us.
    No prizes will be awarded for these unfinished rounds.

  • Rounds that have not started: we will either refund your fee in full (assuming you paid for your round and did not use a coupon) or give you a full round credit** for your next round. To claim a refund or a credit please complete the form below. (Please note when tennis starts again you will need to rejoin a round. For adminitsrative reasons new rounds have to start afresh.)

* Discounts will be offered as coupon codes.

** Credits will be in the form of 2020 Round Passes and can be used for any round starting this year (and will be extendable for six months should the crisis continue beyond the end of the year)

Round Passes, Round credit and discounts can not be used in the shop against other products and can not later be exchanged for a cash refund.

To help us process your refund, please add your order(s) number. You can find this on the email confirmation we sent you, or under your account tab. If you can't locate it, we will look for it for you, but this may cause a delay!
Refunds will be made online and credited to you using the payment methods you used to join the round. We will try process refunds as quickly as we can but it may take up to 28 days.
The full refund will be processed after the original round start date.
