- "A balmy match played in balmy conditions on a floodlit hard court. Chris raced away with the first set with some strong serving and baseline play, whilst I really struggled for rhythm and timing making countless unforced errors. Was staring a heavy defeat in the face. Second set was much more even and I managed to cut out some of the errors which led to some long back court rally’s and I managed to break to nick the 2nd set and send the game to a decider. In the 3rd the game seemed to swing into my favour as maybe Chris started to tire and a few errors crept in. Overall a very even game with us both winning 13 games each although I somehow came away with a less than deserved victory. Good luck with the rest of your matches." -- Raj

Andrew raced into a 2-0 lead in the first after a bit of a slow start from me but I then managed to reel him in. 2nd set started off close with multiple breaks of serve. I broke at 3-3 then held to put me 5-3 up leaving Andrew serving to stay in the match. fortunately for me, I was able to break to close out an enjoyable match with some good rallys." -- Raj

When serving for the first set, a couple of double faults from me gave Chris the lifeline of a break of serve. Luckily I was able to break back with a few winners to seal the set and then fired off several aces in the second at crucial moments to close out the match .
