Player Comments:
- "Thank goodness for indoor courts, we were supposed to play outdoors but it was icy outside, so we moved indoors. First set was really close with one break making the difference on our behalf. Second things worked well for us and we were able to convert our chances. Some nice tennis played by both pairs and play was in a good spirit. Good luck with your remaining matches, Pearce and Brian." -- Brian

- "Great competitive match. Ben and Cameron took the first set which spurred Lenny and I to raise our game for the second. At 4-0 up it looked like we would close it out quite quickly but then it went downhill for us for a few games before we did eventually take the set. Our court booking was running out and we considered playing a short set or a tie break but we all agreed to go for the long set. We did overrun but thankfully no one followed on court and we managed to finish match with Lenny and I holding off a strong challenge to win. Thanks for the match guys .. good luck in rest of your matches. " -- Charlie
Player Comments:
- "Thank you for the game and for using some fresh tennis balls. Some good rallies in there and good luck to you both for the rest of the league!" -- Benjamin
Player Comments:
- "Great to get started on round. First set we both struggled for consistency and Lenny and I struggled with Chris’s backhand… what a weapon when it comes off. 2nd set we managed to find that elusive consistency and closed it out. Good luck with rest of your games. " -- Charlie
Player Comments:
- "Great match played in good spirit, some close games throughout considering it was one minute light rain and then next minute dry. It was also good to get a friendly mixed doubles set in too after the league match for extra fitness which was close. Thanks a lot for booking Lynne and Justine, was good to meet you and good luck in the rest of your matches. Steven and James. " -- Steven
