The warm summer weather this round was the perfect backdrop for some friendly and competitive tennis! Three-setters, deuces and tiebreaks made for tight battles, and individuals were able to improve their own skills while learning from one another. Congratulations to all players whose efficient match planning allowed them to score bonus points, and to everyone for such lively and warm commentaries.
Group Summary:
Keen match organisation can make all the difference - it's no coincidence that the top three players in this group were the ones to achieve their bonus points! Congratulations to Steven for securing the victory with an impressive five matches won. This round was characterised by plenty of three-setters, which is testament to how closely matched Group 1 is.
