Collapse AllPavilion Singles - Round 29 | Thursday 15 February 2018 to Wednesday 18 April 2018 (Midpoint: Sunday 18 March 2018)

Two thirds of all possible matches were played this round so congratulations on pushing through despite the weather and completing so many! Well done and thanks to Robby and his team for continuing to make this one of the most welcoming places to play tennis in Britain - no wonder the Pavilion won the LTA Middlesex's Community Venue of the Year Award. Congratulations! (And we love the new booking system too...)

Group Summary:

Congratulations to Uche who was our clear winner after winning 5 out of 6 matches as well as his bonus points. A great return after a short break from the leagues! The race for runner up was much closer with three players finishing within 1 point of each other - but Nicolo's bonus points helped him to secure that runner up spot. A special mention to David who was the only undefeated player in the group and he was also the only new starter so what a debut he had... we're looking forward to what's in store next round!

A huge well done to Ashley who won 6 out of 6 of his matches as well as his bonus points and so firmly secured his first place finish! Second place saw two players tied on the same points; Tom and Mariano both finished on 9 points but in the end the second place group standing came down to their head to head which Tom won in an epic 3 set battle - 6-1, 1-6, 7-5 (described as a match that 'flipped and flopped'!). Welcome back to Mariano and well done for earning third place!
