Bjorn Borg | 6 | 6 | 9 | 20 |
Premjit Lall | 3 | 4 | 8 | 18 |
Borg was playing Premjit Lall in the first round of Wimbledon in 1973, when their third set became a heroic battle. They got to 8-8 (in the old format) and thirty eight points later, Borg finally won 20-18. It's a record, equalled by Goran Ivanisevic and Andy Roddick, for the longest tie break in a Grand Slam.
Here at LTL, we love a good old tiebreak and so do our players. Our tiebreak page has more hits than any other on our website.
