In England (but not in Scotland and Wales) it is now possible to play singles (doubles is also allowed with members of your own household).
We are gradually restarting singles leagues. This is a phased process and round dates will appear on league pages as soon as we know they can start.
When rounds can re-start, registered users will, as usual, receive emails inviting entries. If you do not have an account, you can create one for free here. Please don't create a second account if you already have one. If you need help logging in, please contact us at email@example.com
Yes, you are allowed to serve underarm, and no, you don’t have to announce your intention beforehand. But beware: your opponent may accuse you of trying to take an unsporting advantage. Famously Martina Hingis once had some success with this tactic at the French Open. She won one point that way but eventually lost the match on an underarm double fault and left the court in tears. Tennis karma at work?
