Bonus point prizes were of course honoured and qualifying matches sent to the LTA for the purpose of BTM ratings, but this round will have no group winners. Instead, all players receive a round credit and are encouraged to join the next or a future round. Can't wait to get back on court and all players will be notified of new rounds starting!

Player Comments:

  • "It wasn't the easiest match to play in, what with the blustery conditions and bright sunshine. Brad was free flowing in the first set and took it comfortably. The second set was anyone's but I managed to scrap through and the third set was basically the reverse of the first. Thank you for the game Bradley and hope to play before the Summer is out."  -- Paul

Player Comments:

  • "Nice to meet you Ade. Even though we are both members of Billericay Tennis club, this was our first meeting. Good addition to the top league. Ade's serves really shook me couple of times but taking the big chances when it mattered most was key to my winning the match. 1st set we both gave it a real go. However, second set Ade may have fatigued. Hope to play you again in the top league."  -- Ogba

Player Comments:

  • "A lovely spring morning for tennis. Dan was carrying a slight shoulder injured which limited the power of his serve. This was almost certainly a significant reason for my win. Our matches are usually close, but with Dan's injury I had the confidence to attack the serve more than usual. A good match and here's hoping your fully fit next time Dan."  -- Ian
