Player Comments:
- "A really nice match with long rallies. Nick had some really unlucky net cords which could have made a difference in games and some of the games were so close - could have gone either way. Thanks very much Nick, really good hitting and chasing!" -- Claire
Player Comments:
- "Claire hits extremely well, forehand, backhand, serve, she's got it all. What a great match, fantastic rallies and awesome pace. And a couple of some superb shots that left me with my jaws wide open. Well played Claire, thank you!" -- Pavel
Player Comments:
- "A nice match with a couple of very long games that could easily have swung the other way. Nick’s backhand drop shots were particularly effective. Ultimately my serving consistency was important to see me through. Well played Nick and thanks for the game. " -- Andrew
Player Comments:
- "Very similar to my match with Andrew. Eren was the better play at the start, taking a 4:2 lead and was well on course to win the opener. Somehow, I manage to collect myself and won the next 10 consecutive games to win 6:4 6:0. Feels like I robbed Eren of at least the first set win, apologies! Great tennis though, amazing pace and some really lovely rallies. Thanks Eren for the match and the chat after, really enjoyed that." -- Pavel
Player Comments:
- "What a match this was and a match of 2 very different halves. Andrew started extremely well, within 5 minutes it was 3:0 to him in the opener, and I did not win a single rally. It felt I wasn't just being beaten, I was being executed and thought to myself, this will be over rather quickly. I recovered somewhat but there was no stopping Andrew taking the set 6:4. Second set, felt like de ja vu from the first, Andrew took a swift 3:1 lead and I thought, here we go again. But from there on, as if by magic, not sure what to call it, I won the next 11 games to win 4:6 6:3 6:0. Great tennis though, quality as always. Thank you Andrew. Hope you recover fully from your injury" -- Pavel
Player Comments:
- "A great game with serious long and strong rallies. Thoroughly enjoyable, thanks Claire!" -- Christopher
Player Comments:
- "The scoreline is simply unfair to Nick, it was a lot closer than that. And the tennis we both played was of very very high standard. Hardly any unforced errors, really really nice rallies and some awesome winners for both of us. Thoroughly enjoyed the match - I think we both did as we continued playing a 3rd set to use the booked slot fully. Thanks Nick and best of of luck for your remaining matches." -- Pavel
Player Comments:
- "Very Enjoyable Match. First set was touch and go, at 5-4 it could of gone either way but fortunately I managed to take the win after 4 deuces. Alex was unlucky on the second set with some near misses. " -- Eren
Player Comments:
- "As always a very close and hard fought match against Claire. I had the upper hand throughout, perhaps helped by him advantage on tiger turf, and a few key points that went my way. Well played Claire - I look forward to our next match. " -- Andrew
Player Comments:
- "Very enjoyable match, Alex has a big serve. I just played well and made very few unforced errors. Thanks Alex." -- Pavel
Player Comments:
- "Nick is a decent player and we've had a very good match. I've just got lucky coming back from 4-1 down on both sets to take the win. Look forward to playing again soon." -- Eren
Player Comments:
- "A match marked by very long rallies in every game. The first set was very tight with a lot of deuce games including one in which I had 6 set points and ended up losing the game! A mini break was all it took in the tie break to separate us. I think our energy levels both dipped a little in the second set with a few more unforced errors both sides but fortunately the set fell in my favour. A thoroughly enjoyable game." -- Christopher
Player Comments:
- "A nice match, somewhat closer than the score suggests. Alex had quite a few near misses on key points. Good luck with the other matches and thanks for the game. " -- Andrew
Player Comments:
- "A great game though mixed levels of consistency at both ends. Second set was closely contested the whole way with Nick taking a 6-2 lead in the tie break but I managed to hold my nerve to catch up and clinch the match." -- Christopher
Player Comments:
- "I played well, but that was a very unfair score to Eren. I lost the first 7 points and was worried I was going to get hammered. But steadily found my depth of shot and steadily put Eren under a lot of pressure. I dug myself out of a lot of holes along the way - it could have been a lot closer. Thank you Eren and good luck for next match. A pleasure to play indoors too!" -- Andrew
Player Comments:
- "Really enjoyable match with Eren. He showed true determination and grit, being down 4-1 in the second set he came back with a vengeance to level at 5-5 but I just managed to cross the line. We both commented on how much we enjoyed it! Look forward to the next time! Thankyou Eren" -- Claire

Reveal CommentAndrew De Csillery bt Christopher Perry (Nov 7) 7-6 (7-5), 2-6, 6-4Player Comments:
- "A match that swung back and forth, with lots of nice rallies interspersed by some less impressive play - which I think we'll both blame on the conditions (very windy, low sun at one end of the court). Chris got off to a good start in the first set, leading 3-0, before I got into the match and served for the set at 5-4, but was broken. Tie-break was tight but I saw it out! The second set Chris got off to an even better start and was at 5-0 in no time. I started to get back into it, but Chris held his nerve to close out at 6-2. The final set again Chris started well, this time leading 2-0 before I pegged him back to 2-2. It then went with serve until 5-4, where I managed to up my game enough to break and take the win. Well played Chris!" -- Andrew

- "Tim certainly got me running around the court with some nice drop shots! Felt like I nicked the second set after being 4-2 down. Enjoyed the game!" -- Joshua
Player Comments:
- "This was a real battle. I started with a lead but Rich then fought back to take the lead and it ended up going to a tiebreak, which was very close but I managed to win. The second set was very neck and neck, with a lot of deuce games too. There were a lot of really good rallies and Rich hit some really great shots. " -- Ashley
Player Comments:
- "Thanks for the game Rupert, some great points. Looking forward to squash!" -- Tim
Player Comments:
- "I think Josh took a while to get into the match, but as can be seen, the second set was very tightly contested. Josh was leading initially at 3-1, but I managed to bring it to 3-3, then it was pretty much level pegging. I think we were both quite tight towards the end, and I was lucky to take an early lead in the tiebreak, allowing me to take the match. Josh is a good all round player, it was great fun to play against him. " -- Ashley
