Player Comments:

  • "What a match! By the end of the third game, I was already exhausted from chasing the ball all over the court. Momentum swung one way and then the other with a great comeback from John in the first set which had me on the ropes. Great match, thanks John"  -- Christopher

  • "A really enjoyable match on a sunny, breezy Saturday morning! The first set could have easily gone the other way with practically every game going to deuce as we traded baseline shots. Fortunately for me, Marek's deadly fast flat forehands weren't quite landing during the second and I escaped with the win. Great game, thanks Marek!"  -- Christopher

Reveal CommentJulian Harcourt bt Christopher Jeppesen (Sep 5) 2-6, 6-4, [10-5]

Player Comments:

  • "A very competitive and fun match. Christopher raced to the first set and I’m not quite sure how but somehow I managed to hang in there and squeak the second set. Achieved a first by hitting a smash winner which bounced out of the court and onto a nearby croquet law in the match tie break! Good luck with the rest of your games Christopher really enjoyed playing. "  -- Julian
