Player Comments:

  • "Fun game, made all the more difficult in the damp conditions. But we had fun and was great to meet a nice & decent guy."  -- Kit

Player Comments:

  • "This was a thoroughly enjoyable match on a cold but dry December afternoon. I was able to hold my serve reasonably comfortably through the match, so it ended up being a contest mostly determined by Mas’ service games. He had some phases when it was tough to get many balls back in to play, and we had some epic games on his serve, but as the match went on I found more consistency on the returns, and the pressure paid off to me. I expect the battle for 2nd will be a good match between Mas and Kit. Best of luck to both of you!"  -- Nick
Reveal CommentNick Lote bt Kit Niaz (Nov 19) 6-4, 6-0

Player Comments:

  • "My toughest match against Kit so far. The rather slow tiger turf court took a bit of getting used to, and Kit made a fast start. I managed to edge a close first set, and my timing improved as the match went on, though many of the games in the 2nd set were still close. We got lucky with the weather, and despite the guy doing some never-ending hedge strimming, it was a very enjoyable afternoon of tennis."  -- Nick
