Player Comments:

  • "This was an extremely close and well fought match on Dan and Tim's home turf, the Islington Tennis Centre. A pleasure to play with such gentlemen: we've played them before, and same as it ever was. After blowing a small lead in the first set, James and I got a little momentum at the end of the second, which carried us to a quick lead in the tiebreak. Tim and Dan, however, soon clawed us back. Much to our relief we were able to see our way through. Pub required at the end of it all. Great match. "  -- Mitch
