New Players

1. Simply click here to create a Local Tennis Leagues profile, and get an LTA Number (if you don't already have one) and choose your Local League.

2. Visit the League page where you can sign-up and pay the fee for the upcoming Round.

3. We will then match you with 6-8 players of your standard, using the ITF World Tennis Number (you will receive contact info via email the day before the Round begins).

4. You arrange matches when and where you like, and share any court fees.

5. Easily enter your match results online.

Returning Players

1. Log into your account to sign-up and pay the fee for the upcoming Round.

How It Works

Adult players of all standards are welcome to join one of the many Leagues across the UK. Everyone is welcome. It's a great way to meet new players, get fit and enjoy friendly, competitive tennis.

It's simple:

  • The Leagues are open to all adults aged 18 and over.
  • They are mixed sex, singles leagues - so men and women play each other.
  • Doubles and women's only leagues are available in some areas.
  • Players are organised into groups of a similar standard using the ITF World Tennis Number; there are generally 6-8 players in each group (occasionally between 5 and 10).
  • Contact details are emailed the day before the Round starts and also viewable in the player's account page during the whole Round.
  • Players arrange their own matches at a mutually convenient time.
  • Players share the cost of courts (if there is a cost) and any court that suits both players can be used.
  • Players enter results via their account page on the website.
  • Anyone who plays 3 matches by the mid-point of the Round earns a bonus prize (you will receive an automated email to claim your prize, valid for 28 days).
  • Winners of each group win a prize too - usually used to enter the next Round for free!
