However the conditions were challenging for tennis with a damp and slightly slippery surface one end and a bright and low sun to deal with at the other. It was not a day for big shot making which probably disadvantaged Silvia as she has bigger shots than me. Fortunately I was able to make my drop shots and slices work well.
