Awesome Horsham

Local Tennis Leagues is always looking for great new venues and when we heard about the new park courts in Horsham, we knew it had all the right ingredients for a great new league

So to Horsham, West Sussex last week on a beautifully sunny day to prepare for our newest league...

Leagues need several things to make them work: great courts, a 'hub' and local support. Horsham has them all. The four courts in its flagship park were completely re-furbished in 2018 and not only are they floodlit, they are open from 7am to 10pm 7 days a week. They are easy to get to with on-site parking and just a ball’s throw from the station.

There is also great support from the council, the local LTA and Horsham Sports Tennis Club (where you can play with a member for just £4) and which provides coaching via Hawk-i.  It's no surprise that the courts are already popular some players in our nearby Crawley Tennis League and we hope it will be a great success!

To join the first round of the Horsham Tennis League which runs form 2 April to 27 May, click here by Monday 30 March. As always, all players over the age of 18 are very welcome. Groups are put together by playing standard and may contain a combination of any gender!
