- "Thanks to Sol for a fantastic match. There was a lot of running and dealing with pressure. I think we both played very decent level tennis. A separate thanks for introducing me to the Connaught Club, so far the best venue I have been to! GG!" -- Ilya
Group Summary:
Michael played every match and earned bonus points to leave nothing to chance in the race for the prize. This proved to be a successful strategy as he held his nerve to add four tough wins to his tally and climb into the lead. Eric also showed scheduling prowess and with three victories and a point from an epic defeat to Chris under his belt too, he narrowly clinches the silver. Now third placed Chris finished undefeated from his four matches and this included victories over both of the top two, so what might have happened had he played a couple more?
