Player Comments:

  • "Great match with Abdel, some greats points and shot making throughout. Both sets were very similar, Abdel coming out firing and getting an early break for me to battle back, then at 5-5 in both sets I managed to play solid consistent tennis at the right times to break and serve for the sets. Unlucky Abdel, hope to play again soon"  -- Dan

First set wasn’t a true reflection due to Dave’s recent lack of playing time, but the second set was very competitive with long games and great shots all round, as Dave’s confidence grew. Great match in warm conditions, good luck in the rest of your matches and hopefully play again soon!"  -- Dan
